INGREDIENTS Wheat flour (gluten), water, vegetable fat (palm fruit), humectant, flour improver (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid, xanthan gum, food enzyme, calcium carbonate, wheat starch (gluten)), digestive bran, raising agent, preservatives (calcium propionate, potassium sorbate), fumaric acid, preservative (sodium metabisulphite). This product is made in a factory which uses products of animal origin. ALLERGENS Contains wheat and gluten. Produced in a factory that uses cow's milk, tree nuts and peanuts. HEATING INSTRUCTIONS For best results always heat the tortilla before use. FRY-15 SECONDS Remove the tortillas from the pack. Place one tortilla at a time on a preheated flat top griller or dry pan to gently heat each tortilla, for about 15 seconds on either side. OVEN-15 SECONDS Remove the tortillas from the pack. Place one tortilla at a time under a preheated grill, for about 15 seconds on either side. MICROWAVE-15 SECONDS Remove the tortillas from the pack. Place onto a microwaveable plate in the center of the microwave oven, keep away from the sides. Heat on 100% high for 15 seconds. If tortilla is not hot, heat for a further 5 seconds. These timings serve as a guideline only and are based on a 900 watt microwave oven. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Heat each wrap in a microwave, oven or pan and serve with a filling of your choice like cold meat, chicken, fish. Wrap: Fill with a Checkers salad, a Deli dip and cooked meat strips of your choice and use the pouch or roll fold. Quesadilla (key-suh-dee-uh): Place a spicy filling of shredded cooked meat, corn and beans with grated cheese, on a flat tortilla and cover with another. Fry in a dry pan for a few seconds till golden on both sides. Cut similarly to the samoosa fold. Burrito (buh+"REE+toh): Add cooked rice, beans, meat and various stir-fried vegetables along with shredded lettuce, Deli tomato salsa, chilli sauce, guacamole, grated cheese and sour cream, fold using the pouch fold. Enchilada (en+chuh+laa+duh). Add a cooked filling of shredded meat and vegetables and use the roll fold.
