Health Impact

Abundant in omega 6 fatty acids, throwing off our bodies healthy balance of omega 3 to 6 and leading to chronic inflammation. Soybean oil that is not labeled as organic or non-GMO is likely sourced from GMO or bioengineered soybeans. Check for the warning "Contains a bioengineered ingredient" in the ingredients list to confirm. Non-organic soybean oil also contains high levels of glyphosate, a toxic pesticide linked to cancer. Has been shown to cause abnormal gene expression and hormonal dysfunction in mice, and is also linked to obesity and diabetes.
