Couverture Drops are made up from high quality organic cocoa grown in South America. These small sized dark chocolate drops melt fast and are easy to use thaking it ideal for any recipe that requires dark chocolate. Just a small amount adds a delicious chocolate flavour to smoothies, ice creams, homemade brownies, cakes, candies and many other recipes! No-Bake Chocolate Chia Energy Bars Ingredients: 1/4 cup Chef's Choice Dark 1/3 cup unsweetened Chocolate Couverture Drops 11/2 cups pitted dates • 1/3 cup cacao powder • 1/3 cup chia seeds • 1 tsp vanilla extract Serves: 6-8 coconut flakes • 1/4 tsp sea salt • 1 cup walnut pieces • 1/3 cup oats Method: 1. Place dates in blender or food processor; puree until a thick paste forms. Add cacao powder, chia seeds, vanilla, coconu and salt. Pulse until all ingredients are combined. 2. Remove mixture from food processor and place into a bowl. Mix in walnut, chocolate and oats. 3. Cut a large length of baking paper and place one end of it into small baking tray. Press mixture into the tray. 4.Once it's pressed into all comers, flip over and pull out of the pan. Wrap the block tightly with the excess baking paper and place in the refrigerator overnight. 5.
