8 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Contents may settle, shake bag well to mix ingredients evenly! Overnight: Add desired amounts of oats and a milk of your choice to a jar or container at a 1:1.5 ratio and stir. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. Sweeten to your taste and add additional liquid if desired. Stovetop: 1 cup of water for every half cup of oats. Bring water to boil, stirin oats and reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered for five minutes, stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed and oats are tender. Remove from heat and let stand one minute before serving. Microwave: For one serving combine half cup water for every quarter cup of oats in a deep microwave safe bowl.
