DIRECTIONS FOR MAKING RED ENCHILADAS Pour enchilada sauce in a saucepan wide enough to dip a corn tortilla, and heat until warm. In a separate pan lightly fry corn tortillas in cooking oil for about 5-10 seconds per side. Take one tortilla at a time and dip into the warmed sauce, making sure both sides are coated. Spoon chopped onions, grated cheese and/or your favorite filling, cooked chicken or ground beef, onto the fried tortillas and tightly roll. Place filled tortilla in a baking dish, repeat making about 10 rolled nchiladas, pour remaining Casaorona Red Enchilada Sauce over red tortillas. Sprinkle grated chees on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and enjoy.
