Artificial butter flavor

Artificial flavors are synthetic flavors which have been created in a labratory. According to the FDA, artificial flavors cannot be derived from dairy products, the Food Allergy Research and Education organization (FARE) recommends avoiding artificial butter flavor for those with a milk allergy.
