About Goodles

Goodles is a Santa Cruz, California brand of boxed mac and cheese, founded in 2020 as Gooder Foods and led by co-founder and CEO Jen Zeszut. It markets its noodles as boosted with protein, fiber, prebiotics and nutrients from plants, and sells microwave cups, gluten-free and vegan macs and plain protein pasta alongside the classic boxes.

Barilla Group agreed in September 2026 to acquire Goodles. The company said it will remain headquartered in Santa Cruz and operate as a standalone brand, with co-founder Jen Zeszut continuing as CEO.
