Bewitched Broth Bowl

Recipe Serves 2-4 people

Ingredients:

32 oz box of Oceans Halo Miso Broth
4 pack of Lotus Foods Rice Ramen
2-4 eggs (based on number of servings)
Green Onions to garnish
Hot Sauce to garnish

Instructions:

In a large pot, bring your broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Add the ramen noodles to the simmering broth. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they're tender but slightly firm. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Create space in the broth and gently slide in the eggs. Cover with a lid and let them poach for 4-5 minutes for runny yolks, or longer for firmer yolks.
Once the eggs are done, carefully remove them and set them aside. Divide the cooked ramen noodles among serving bowls and ladle the broth over them.
Top each bowl with the poached eggs, chopped green onions, and, if desired, a drizzle of hot sauce. Get ready to savor your Bewitched Broth Bowl!

While the classic version is sure to enchant your taste buds, there's a whole realm of flavor waiting to be explored. You can easily switch things up by experimenting with different broths or noodle varieties.
